Chuie Remembered
March 6, 2011

This morning at around 10:00a.m. Peggy and I got into the car and was headed to the market to pick up food to make a German pork roast and Nurdel dinner. As we turned the corner of our street, Peggy started becoming hestericle. I knew in that moment, what had happened. She discovered Chuie lying at the edge of the street. Her precious Chuie lay lifeless and her best little friend was gone. I didn't know how to act or what to say. She loved that little guy so much. It was like losing a child to us. I tried to hold in my tears for Peggy, but was unsuccessful.

We do not know how Chuie escaped from the house. he always tries, whenever someone leaves or comes in. All we know is he was in the house at 10:00p,m. when we arrived home from dinner and a movie. He was so fast and gets out without us knowing it. Sounds strange to say, but he lived to get out and play. We installed a doggy door in the kitchen door so he could get to the back yard. He can not get our of the back as both gates are closed and locked. So it's a mustery as how he escaped.

Chuie was my 30th wedding annerversy present for Peggy. She always wanted a yorkie and I had the opportunity to finnaly get one for her. I remember the day she picked him out at the breeders. He was so small and cute. When we got him home, he fit right in. Chuie adored Peggy and Peggy adored him. There's one other who will miss him and that's my 22 month old grand daughter Makaykin. When comes over on Monday and Friday's she always looks and call for Chuie. Chuie, Chuie! We'll miss that.

At the time of my writting this blog article, Peggy is sitting out on the front lawn beside Chuie's body, petting him and remenissing over Chuie antics. I feel so sorry for her and Chuie. I don't know how I'm going to afford to get her another yorkie or if she'll even want one to replace her best friend.

Peggy wants me to take this site down. However, I want to keep it going as an memorial Chuie and Cindel. So I'll keep working at it for a while and see what transpires.

Goodbye Chuie, we all loved you very much!

Cindel, Mother of Four Pups...

A lot has happened since we last updated the website. The biggest thing is that Cindel gave birth on Friday, July 30th to four beautiful pups, two males and two females.

The births went without a problem and Cindel is again being a great mother. Chuie, is acting like a scared father. He looks at the pups from a distance and stays as fae as he can from cindel and the pups.

The pups will be visiting the Vet on Monday, to be checked and have their tailes docked. We have taken a few pictures and as with her lasr litter, we will take more as they grow and develop their character.

Click here to view the first pictures of the litter.

Why It's a Yorkie World?
In order to gain knowledge about how to care for our Yorkie family, we started searching and reading books on the health, feeding, breeding, grooming and training of a Yorkie, only to mention a few. How did we know that this information we were finding was the best for our dogs? After countless days and hours, of searching, we decided others, who are new Yorkie owners, must be having the same problems. We wanted to help others by creating an easier way to locate neededinformation.
It's a Yorkie World was born.
